28 Sep Black Sabbath: The End of the End (movie)

The End of the End captures the farewell of Britain’s illustrious metal pioneers Black Sabbath, reflecting on an influential musical career spanning almost half a century, traces of which can be heard and felt in music around the globe to this day. This film will screen one-time-only, in over 1,500 cinemas worldwide.

On February 4th, 2017, Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler took the stage one last time in their hometown of Birmingham. Director Dick Carruthers doesn’t only document the final gig, but also shows an intimate glimpse of backstage banter and takes us into the studio where Black Sabbath play some of the tracks not included in the onstage performance.
